Jazz Secures Pakistan’s Largest Private-Sector Syndicated Credit Facility of PKR 75 Billion

Jazz has secured a major achievement by obtaining the largest private-sector syndicated credit facility in Pakistan, totaling PKR 75 billion. This substantial funding will allow Jazz to improve its 4G network and advance its technological infrastructure.

The signing ceremony for this deal was attended by notable figures, including VEON Group CEO Kaan Terzioglu, Jazz CEO Aamir Ibrahim, and representatives from the banks involved.

The financial institutions in this consortium are Habib Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited, Meezan Bank Limited, MCB Bank Limited, Allied Bank Limited, The Bank of Punjab, Askari Bank, Habib Metropolitan Bank, Soneri Bank Limited, Bank Islami Pakistan Limited, and MCB Islamic Bank Ltd.

This 10-year financing arrangement highlights the strong confidence the financial community has in Jazz’s leadership and its dedication to digital innovation. The goal of this funding is to help Jazz bridge the digital divide and offer transformative digital services to people across Pakistan.
