The signing ceremony for this deal was attended by notable figures, including VEON Group CEO Kaan Terzioglu, Jazz CEO Aamir Ibrahim, and representatives from the banks involved.

The financial institutions in this consortium are Habib Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited, Meezan Bank Limited, MCB Bank Limited, Allied Bank Limited, The Bank of Punjab, Askari Bank, Habib Metropolitan Bank, Soneri Bank Limited, Bank Islami Pakistan Limited, and MCB Islamic Bank Ltd.
