The best Prime Day gaming deals
Diablo IV (PS5)
Diablo IV is the latest in a series of hit dungeon-crawling RPGs. The Prime Big Deal Days discount is the best price we’ve seen since the game launched in June.
Nintendo Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
Mario + Rabbids has become its very own franchise full of beloved characters and fun gameplay for gamers of any age. Sparks of Hope lets you build your team from a roster of nine heroes on an adventure to save the galaxy. It’s often on sale throughout the year, but right now its down to only $20, a new low.
Horizon Forbidden West for PS4
The follow-up to Horizon: Zero Dawn, Horizon: Forbidden West introduces new enemies, new environments, and new mysteries that you get to play through as Aloy. It’s back down to its previous all-time lowest price.
Xbox Core Wireless Controller
The Xbox Core controller works with the Xbox, but it can also connect to your PC, iPhone, iPad, or Android. This means that no matter how you play, you’ll always have a comfortable controller to use. This $10 discount doesn’t match the all-time low price of $44 we’ve seen in the past, but it’s still a solid deal.
Amazon Luna Controller
Amazon’s Wi-Fi-enabled controller is designed for the Amazon Luna cloud gaming service. This particular gamepad promises to reduce delay when streaming, compared to a standard Bluetooth controller. It isn’t on sale often, but right now it’s back down to an all-time low of $40.

The Quantum 100 is an affordable wired gaming headset that can be paired with a number of popular consoles and comes with a detachable echo-cancelling boom mic. These headphones typically sell for $40 but are on sale for $25 right now.
Logitech G305 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse
The Logitech G305 Lightspeed is an excellent choice for entry-level users, casual gamers, and those shopping on a budget. Despite being one of the most affordable gaming mice on the market, it doesn’t compromise quality or performance. It’s almost always on sale for $40, but you can find it for even less right now.
Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
This Corsair mechanical keyboard comes with a soft palm rest and clicky blue switches, offering ultimate comfort. During Prime Day it’s down to $130, a rare low price.

Prime Day gaming deals buying advice
Do I need to be an Amazon Prime member?
Yes! Just like Amazon Prime Day, the official deals that pop up during Prime Big Deal Days are only open to Amazon Prime subscribers. Prime subscribers also have access to free expedited shipping, movies and shows through Prime Video, discounts at Whole Foods, and more.
Gamers might be particularly interested in the Prime Gaming perks, which give you free games and in-game items every month.
Should I wait to shop until Black Friday?
Black Friday has been the holiday shopping event for years, and Amazon’s new habit of holding Prime sales events in the Fall is clearly meant to compete. In our experience, Black Friday is a better shopping holiday in general, since more items are on sale from more stores, and usually for cheaper prices.
But that doesn’t mean that events like Prime Big Deal Days are useless for gaming — far from it. It’s still more than a month before Black Friday, and this Prime Day event has brought countless significant gaming deals.Â
