In a landmark development set to reshape Pakistan’s industrial landscape, MAL Pakistan Ltd (Marketing Alliance of ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties) has joined forces with Juniper International FZ LLC and MinPro Synergies (Pvt) Ltd to form a strategic Joint Venture, “Mine Lubes & Chemical” dedicated to supporting the country’s rapidly expanding mining sector.

The newly formed entity will serve the country’s rapidly expanding mining industry with premium Mobil™ lubricants, specialized chemical solutions, and advanced technical services designed to boost operational reliability and equipment efficiency.

The official signing ceremony was held at the AWT Head Office, graced by senior leadership from the partner organizations. Mr. Khawar Jamal, CEO of MAL Pakistan Ltd, Mr. Kashif Afzal, CEO of Juniper International FZ LLC Dubai, Mr. Shahzad Ashfaq, Managing Director of Juniper Capital Pakistan Ltd, and the CEO of MinPro Synergies (Pvt) Ltd, collectively signed the agreement marking the beginning of a collaborative journey towards industrial excellence.

As Pakistan accelerates its industrialization, the mining sector stands out as a critical pillar of economic advancement. With “Mine Lubes & Chemicals”, the partner companies are poised to become key enablers of sustainable growth, operational reliability, and sectoral resilience.

Mr. Khawar Jamal further affirmed that as the majority stakeholder, MAL Pakistan Ltd is resolutely committed to leading and scaling this initiative.
