Mercantile Pakistan Launches “Mercantile Preferred Partner” (MPP) Program – Pakistan’s Standardised iPhone Exchange Experience
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterWhatsapp

Mercantile Pakistan has introduced a new iPhone exchange initiative called the Mercantile Preferred Partner (MPP) program, offering what is confirmed to be Pakistan’s first officially standardised iPhone exchange experience.

The MPP program is launched in partnership with Jazz that allows users to trade in their old iPhones and upgrade to the latest iPhone 16 series at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The process is simple, quick and fully transparent. Customers visiting an MPP store can have their iPhone evaluated using its IMEI number, with pricing displayed clearly on screen. The trade-in value is fixed across all MPP locations, ensuring consistency and trust.

The program accepts PTA-approved iPhones in working condition, with top trade-in values offered for models such as the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Customers only need to pay the difference between the trade-in value and the price of the new iPhone 16 model.

One of the standout features of this program is that all new iPhones sold under the MPP program are official, PTA-cleared, and sealed with Mercantile’s Golden Sticker of authenticity. Buyers receive a 2-year warranty one year from Apple and one year extended by Mercantile. Additional perks include a free case and screen protector, a 25% discount on the 20W adapter, and a limited-time price discount of PKR 15,000 on new purchases.
