NAB has created a new online system to fight fraud in Pakistan’s property and housing sectors. This modern digital portal aims to make real estate transactions more transparent and secure for everyone. The system will soon be officially launched by the NAB Chairman.
Through this new online platform, people will be able to check all important details about a plot before buying or selling it. This includes information like who owns the plot, its legal status, any No Objection Certificates (NOCs), maps, and verified reports. Having all these details in one place will make it much harder for anyone to commit fraud or sell fake plots.
The system has been developed by the Director General NAB Islamabad/Rawalpindi along with his team. They have designed it to be very secure and up to date so that it cannot be easily misused or hacked.
One of the main goals of this digital system is to collect and store records of plots from all over Pakistan in one central place. This will help stop forgeries, illegal transfers, and scams that have caused big problems for buyers and investors in the past.
By making property records available online and easy to verify, NAB hopes to build more trust in the real estate market. Buyers, sellers, and investors will be able to make informed decisions without fear of being cheated.
