The Motorway Police in Chakwal showed honesty and professionalism by returning a bag that contained Rs. 5.3 million. The bag had been accidentally left behind by a passenger at the Kallar Kahar Service Area.

When officials found the unattended bag, they immediately took it into safe custody to prevent any loss or misuse.

After securing the bag, the police carefully checked its contents and confirmed that it contained a large amount of cash. They then started the process of identifying and tracing the rightful owner.

Through proper verification and investigation, they were able to contact the passenger who had mistakenly left it behind. Once ownership was confirmed, the police safely handed over the bag along with the full amount of money.

The passenger expressed deep gratitude and appreciation for the honesty and quick response of the Motorway Police. He thanked them for their integrity and responsible handling of the situation.

This incident reflects the strong commitment of Pakistan’s motorway authorities to public service, trust, and accountability. Returning such a large amount of money without any issue shows high ethical standards and dedication to duty.

It also strengthens public confidence in law enforcement agencies. Acts like this set a positive example for society and highlight the importance of honesty and professionalism in public service. The event serves as a reminder that integrity still plays a vital role in maintaining trust between citizens and authorities.
