A landslide on the Murree Expressway has damaged part of the road, according to the Deputy Commissioner of Murree. The landslide happened after continuous rainfall, which caused heavy rocks to fall from the mountains onto the road.

Because of this, one side of the expressway has been closed for all kinds of vehicles to make sure travelers stay safe. The other side of the road is still open, and traffic is flowing without any major problems at the moment.

Repair and restoration work has already begun, and officials say that the road will be completely reopened once the damaged section is cleared and made safe again.

Authorities are also advising people not to travel unnecessarily, especially to hilly areas, while the heavy rains continue. They have warned that more landslides could happen if the rain does not stop, which could put travelers at risk.
