The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has assured that the properties of Bahria Town residents and owners are completely safe. According to the bureau, certain elements are deliberately spreading baseless and provocative news with the aim of lowering property prices to purchase them at reduced rates.

A NAB spokesperson stated that the residents and property owners are also victims in this matter, having been defrauded in the past. The bureau will leave no stone unturned in safeguarding their rights and will extend all possible legal support.

The spokesperson further clarified that the ongoing actions against Bahria Town are strictly limited to its owners and those responsible, and these proceedings will continue without any pressure until all embezzled funds are recovered.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has approved the appointment of two new ambassadors, although NAB emphasized that this development is unrelated to the Bahria Town case.

The bureau has urged Bahria Town residents and owners to ignore any misleading or malicious news regarding their properties and to rely only on official information from NAB.
