Sahir Hassan was arrested in connection with the Mustafa Amir murder case and later charged with drug dealing.

Pakistani TV host Nadia Khan has strongly criticised Sahir Hassan, the son of veteran actor Sajid Hassan, following his confession of involvement in drug trafficking, Express News reported.

Sahir Hassan was arrested in connection with the Mustafa Amir murder case and later charged with drug dealing. In a recent video statement, he admitted to buying and selling narcotics, revealing disturbing details about his ties to an alleged drug network.

Speaking on her talk show, Khan condemned his actions and labelled his statement as “hypocritical.” “He says he doesn’t want his own children using drugs, but has no shame in selling to others’ children? That’s pure double standards,” she said.

Khan added that the case had shaken the nation. “Parents and children across Pakistan are disturbed. This is not just one incident—this is part of a deeply disturbing pattern, and Sajid Hassan’s son is now part of it.”

She went on to explain the tactics used by drug dealers, stating: “They offer drugs for free two or three times. Once someone is addicted, they start charging. It’s a vile strategy that’s tearing our society apart.”

The case is linked to the Mustafa Amir murder investigation in Karachi. Several suspects, including Armaghan and Shiraz, have already been arrested. Sahir’s confession has added new layers to the ongoing probe.

Khan called the case a major societal challenge for Pakistan. “Drug trafficking is not just a crime—it’s a weapon that’s destroying our youth. We need strict action and public awareness to combat this menace,” she urged.
