NADRA has launched a biker service in Karachi to make its services more accessible and convenient for citizens. This new initiative aims to reduce waiting times at service centers and assist those who cannot easily visit NADRA offices due to travel difficulties or busy schedules.

Starting from Monday, citizens can use this service to apply for or renew their National Identity Cards (NICs) and access other related services from their homes. Initially, three bikers will serve Karachi, while Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas will have one biker each. NADRA plans to add ten more bikes in the near future to expand the service.

Each biker is equipped with a special backpack containing all the tools needed to process applications and handle documents during the visit. This ensures smooth and efficient service delivery at the doorstep.

For this at-home service, an additional fee of Rs1,000 will be charged, which includes Rs825 for the service and Rs175 for delivery.

This initiative reflects NADRA’s commitment to improving its services and enhancing customer convenience by bringing essential services directly to people’s homes.
