How to Book an Appointment

To utilize this service, users need to download or update the Pak ID mobile app. After logging in, they can select their preferred NADRA center and book a time slot of their choice using the appointment feature. The system aims to streamline visits, reduce long queues, and improve service delivery at high-traffic registration centers.

Future Enhancements and NADRA’s Vision

According to NADRA officials, this move is part of a broader initiative to enhance digital governance, simplify access to national registration services, and reduce congestion at physical service points. Future updates may include further expansion of appointment-enabled centers and the integration of real-time queue tracking.

“The introduction of the online appointment system through the Pak ID app reflects NADRA’s commitment to providing smart, efficient, and citizen-friendly services,” an official stated.

With this digital leap, NADRA continues to strengthen Pakistan’s public service infrastructure by leveraging technology to increase convenience, transparency, and operational efficiency for millions of citizens nationwide.
