During the holy month of Ramadan, more than 122 million worshippers gathered at the two most sacred mosques in Islam, located in Saudi Arabia. The Grand Mosque in Mecca welcomed an astonishing 92.1 million visitors, while the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina received 30.1 million people.

The atmosphere was filled with deep spirituality as millions of Muslims came to perform prayers and seek blessings in these revered places. Among them, 16.5 million pilgrims completed the Umrah pilgrimage, a special journey that holds great religious significance, especially during Ramadan.

To ensure a smooth and peaceful experience, Saudi authorities carefully managed the large crowds, allowing worshippers to focus on their prayers without disruptions. The immense number of visitors reflects the strong faith and devotion of Muslims from all over the world, who travel great distances to be part of this sacred time.
