A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on December 4 between the Islamabad China-Pakistan One Heart Step and Cure Home (ICOSH) and the Smart School, Quaid Campus (PWD), Islamabad, marking a step forward in deepening educational cooperation and youth development between the two sides.

The MoU establishes a long-term partnership dedicated to empowering the next generation through shared academic vision and resources. The collaboration aims to enrich the educational landscape in Pakistan by integrating Chinese language programs and fostering direct people-to-people connections.

Central to the agreement is a focus on practical, skill-based learning. The partners will jointly introduce Chinese language courses, organize cultural exchange activities and develop student exchange programs to bridge classrooms between Pakistan and China.  In addition, the initiative will feature specialized seminars, training sessions and academic workshops designed to foster innovation, leadership and global awareness among students.

Representatives from both organizations highlighted a shared commitment to modernizing learning environments. They pledged to leverage collaborative projects, shared digital and academic resources, and a forward-looking educational outlook for the benefit of Pakistani students.
