Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has assured that Pakistan is a safe and welcoming country for people of all religions.

In his message for the International Week for Interfaith Harmony, he emphasized Pakistan’s strong commitment to peace, justice, and respect for all communities. He stated that these values are deeply rooted in Islam and essential for a united society.

The Prime Minister warned against extremism and divisive speech, highlighting that such actions can harm national unity. He encouraged people to promote tolerance, mutual respect, and understanding among different religious groups.

Shehbaz Sharif called on community leaders, scholars, and citizens to play their role in spreading peace and harmony. He urged them to engage in dialogue, reject hatred, and work together to build a more inclusive society.

He further added that Pakistan stands as an example of religious coexistence, where people of all faiths contribute to the nation’s progress. The government, he assured, remains committed to protecting the rights and safety of every citizen, regardless of their beliefs.

The Prime Minister’s message serves as a reminder that peace and unity are key to a prosperous and stable Pakistan. By respecting each other’s faiths and working together, the nation can continue to uphold its tradition of religious harmony.
