Pakistan Railways Suspends Train Services to Balochistan Due to Security Concerns

Pakistan Railways has temporarily stopped all train services between Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan after an incident involving the Jaffar Express. The decision was made to ensure the safety of passengers and railway staff.

According to Pakistan Railways CEO Amir Ali Baloch, train operations will only resume once security agencies confirm that it is safe to do so. In response to the situation, a special train has been arranged to transport security personnel to the affected area.

As a result of this suspension, the Jaffar Express, which usually travels to Quetta, will now stop at Sukkur/Rohri instead. The authorities are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as conditions improve.
