Pakistan has been chosen to host the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2026 Season 2, a major international esports tournament with a total prize pool of 500,000 US dollars.

The announcement was made on the first day of the PMGC Grand Final 2025, where PUBG Mobile officials shared their official esports roadmap for 2026. This decision is being seen as an important step forward for Pakistan’s esports industry and reflects the country’s growing recognition in the global competitive gaming community.

By hosting PMGO 2026, Pakistan will welcome top PUBG Mobile teams and players from around the world. Local gaming fans will get a rare chance to watch high-level international competition live in their own country, which is expected to boost interest in esports and inspire young players.

The event is also likely to bring positive attention to Pakistan’s ability to host large-scale international esports events, helping strengthen its position on the global gaming stage.

This information is based on official announcements made during the PMGC Grand Final 2025 and may be updated or changed by the event organizers in the future.
