General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, the Chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, recently spoke in an interview with the BBC about the recent 96-hour standoff between Pakistan and India.

He clearly said that Pakistan handled the entire situation on its own. According to him, Pakistan used its own resources and equipment bought from other countries to manage the situation.

General Mirza denied any claims that Pakistan received help from foreign militaries during the standoff. He wanted to make it clear that the Pakistani defense forces worked independently without any outside assistance.

He praised the professionalism and readiness of Pakistan’s armed forces. He said that Pakistan’s military was well-prepared to face any challenge during the standoff and showed strong defense capabilities.

He emphasized that Pakistan’s armed forces are highly trained and capable of protecting the country on their own. The general’s message was that Pakistan’s defense team is strong, confident, and able to handle difficult situations without needing help from others.

This statement aims to show the world that Pakistan is self-reliant in its defense and has a professional military force ready to protect its national interests at all times. It highlights Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining its sovereignty and security through its own strength and planning.
