More than 100 vehicles were left stranded in Tirah Valley after heavy rain, snowfall, and landslides blocked roads and cut off access to the area. The severe weather created serious difficulties for travelers and local residents, prompting urgent rescue and relief efforts.

Emergency services, including Rescue 1122, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), the Pakistan Army, and the local administration, launched joint rescue operations to help people affected by the situation. Teams worked together to evacuate stranded passengers and residents, moving them to safer places despite harsh weather conditions.

To handle medical emergencies, a special emergency ward was established at Hayatabad Medical Complex. Doctors, nurses, and medical staff have been placed on 24-hour alert to provide immediate treatment to those in need. So far, dozens of people have been safely rescued and shifted to secure locations.

Authorities have also deployed relief supplies, ambulances, and heavy machinery to clear blocked roads and support ongoing operations. Officials continue to closely monitor the situation as severe winter conditions persist in the region, assuring that all possible measures are being taken to protect lives and provide timely assistance.
