PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to hosting the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, despite India’s refusal to participate due to political tensions.

He stressed that sports should remain free from political interference and called on the ICC to maintain its credibility by ensuring the tournament goes ahead as planned in Pakistan.

Naqvi also extended an invitation for dialogue, expressing a willingness to address any concerns India may have directly. The tournament is set to take place from February 19 to March 9, 2025, in Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore. The PCB remains steadfast in its preparations, determined to deliver a successful event.
