Saqib Nazeer brings with him over 30 years of distinguished hospitality experience and a proven track record in transforming hotel operations, executing successful pre-openings, and driving strategic growth. Since March 2022, he has led three consecutive seasonal operations in Skardu, spearheading major renovations, service enhancements, and expansion initiatives all while elevating guest experiences to international standards.

Throughout his career, Saqib has held senior leadership roles at many of Pakistan’s most prominent hotel brands, including Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, Islamabad Marriott Hotel, Avari Hotels, Serena Hotels, Hotel One, and Legend Hotel Islamabad. His wide-ranging expertise encompasses strategic planning, revenue generation, capital improvement, and comprehensive hotel operations spanning boutique properties to full-service luxury resorts.
