Staff at Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) showed remarkable integrity by returning lost gold jewelry to its owner at Islamabad International Airport.

The incident happened when a passenger flying from Doha to Sialkot on a PIA flight accidentally left behind his gold ornaments. Sikandar Zaib, a member of the PIA security team, found the jewelry during a cabin check and quickly reported it to his superiors.

PIA management took swift action to locate the owner, Abdullah Moosa, and successfully returned the gold jewelry to him. Abdullah expressed his deep gratitude to the airline for their honesty and quick response in returning his valuable belongings.

This act of integrity reflects the commitment of PIA staff to provide excellent service and uphold the values of honesty and trustworthiness. It highlights the importance of looking out for passengers and ensuring their belongings are safe. Such actions not only help maintain the airline’s reputation but also build trust with passengers.

The return of the lost gold ornaments showcases the dedication of PIA staff to their duties and reinforces the idea that honesty and integrity are essential in any profession. This story serves as a reminder of the positive impact that individuals can have through their actions.
