Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Belarus for a two-day official visit from April 10 to 11, 2025. He was warmly received by President Alexander Lukashenko and Belarus Prime Minister, Alexander Turchin.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by a high-level delegation, which included Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, Tariq Fatemi. The delegation also met with officials at the Pakistan Embassy in Belarus.
During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to hold discussions with President Lukashenko to explore opportunities for strengthening the relationship between Pakistan and Belarus. Several agreements are expected to be signed between the two countries, focusing on enhancing cooperation in key areas such as trade, economic development, and other important sectors.
