Russian attack on Odesa region damages energy, gas infrastructure, governor says

A Russian overnight drone attack on southern Ukraine’s Odesa region damaged energy, gas and residential infrastructure, governor Oleh Kiper said.

One person was hurt in the attack, he said in a statement on the Telegram messaging app.

Damage was also recorded at a “critical infrastructure” facility, Kiper said, without disclosing details.

In the Odesa district, a drone hit a multi-storey residential building. Two apartments, the facade of the building, windows, and vehicles parked nearby were damaged, he said.
