SBP foreign exchange reserves rise by $22mn to $14.52bn

The State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) foreign exchange reserves increased by $22 million to $14.52 billion during the week ended November 7, 2025, according to data released by the central bank on Thursday.

The SBP said total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $19.72 billion as of November 7. Of this, the central bank held $14.52 billion, while net reserves held by commercial banks amounted to $5.20 billion.

“During the week ended on 07-Nov-2025, SBP’s FX reserves increased by US$ 22 million to US$ 14,524.6 million,” it said.

A week earlier, the central bank’s reserves had stood at $14.50 billion.
