Express Entertainment is launching a fresh and engaging drama serial, “Shaadi Card,” set to air from September 2.

Written by acclaimed actor and writer Jawaria Saud Qasmi, who has previously penned many popular serials, this production is expected to captivate audiences with its unique blend of light-hearted drama and complex emotional narratives.

Directed by Essa Khan, the drama boasts a star-studded cast, including Junaid Khan, Sahar Hashmi, Fazila Qazi, Khalid Anum, Tara Mahmood, Sara Umair, Hina Rizvi, Arej Chaudhry, Malika Riaz, Har Amar, and Yasri Irfan. Yasri Irfan’s performance is being particularly praised, adding a significant spark to the serial.

“Shaadi Card” revolves around the intricate dynamics within a family, where Mrs. Aftab, played by Fazila Qazi, is on a quest to find the perfect bride for her son.

She desires one of her three nieces to become her daughter-in-law, sparking a fierce competition among the three sisters-in-law who each want their daughter to win the coveted position.

The drama explores themes of relationship politics, hypocrisy, and the multifaceted nature of love.

The witty dialogues, unexpected twists, and dramatic turns are expected to keep viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting each new episode.
