Shah Rukh Khan has reached another major milestone in his career, becoming the first Bollywood actor to have a skyscraper in Dubai named after him.

The new commercial tower, called Shahrukhz by Danube, will rise along the famous Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the busiest and most prestigious locations in the city. The 55-storey building will also welcome visitors with a statue of SRK in his signature open-arms pose placed right at the entrance.

The tower will cover nearly one million square feet and is designed to be a modern business center for entrepreneurs, startups, and companies looking to grow in the region.

Developers say the project aims to combine luxury, convenience, and a strong business environment. Property prices in the tower will start from Dh1.7 million, and the building is expected to be completed by 2029.

Shah Rukh Khan shared his happiness about the project, saying the tower represents dreams, ambition, and years of hard work. He also mentioned that Dubai holds a special place in his life, not only because of his long partnership with the city but also because he owns a home in Palm Jumeirah.

For fans, this development is another proud moment, showing the global influence and popularity of SRK. It also highlights how Dubai continues to honor international icons who have made a strong cultural impact.

Once completed, Shahrukhz by Danube is expected to become both a business landmark and a tourist attraction, celebrating the star’s powerful legacy in the world of entertainment and beyond.
