Sharjah allocates 80092 for reporting minor traffic accidents

Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions launched a new number 80092 for reporting minor traffic accidents as part of joint efforts to improve traffic services provided to customers and enhance their satisfaction.
The launch took place at Rafid’s Communication and Control Centre in the presence of Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Central Operations and Chairman of Committee for Planning Minor Traffic Accidents, Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid Automotive Solutions and Deputy Chairman of Committee for Planning Minor Traffic Accidents, Colonel Mohammed Abdullah Allay, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Sharjah Police, and Abdul Rahman Kanoon Al Shamsi, Director of Accidents and Roadside Assistance Services Department at Rafid, among others.
Al Shamsi affirmed that the new number came as part of the sustainable efforts of vehicle solutions aimed at raising the level of readiness and providing distinguished services to customers as quickly as possible towards achieving customer happiness.
Al Naour praised Rafid’s efforts and positive role in facilitating the process of reporting minor traffic accidents to ensure a quick response, adding that the previous number 80072343 is still activated to receive reports.
Meanwhile, Musharrekh said: “The launch of the new number is based on our keenness to continuously develop the quality of services we provide to customers. We continuously work to raise our readiness, develop our equipment and receive all comments and public calls around the clock.
