DNTV, Staff Reporter
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice- President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has praised Egypt for its outstanding participation in the Arab Reading Challenge, the world’s largest reading competition, with over 18 million Egyptian students from 31,000 schools.
“Today, Egypt celebrated its participation in the largest reading project in the world. More than 18 million students from more than 31,000 schools participated in the Arab Reading Challenge. Greetings to Egypt’s students and to its culture, Arabism, science and literature,” Sheikh Mohammed wrote on X.
“We highly appreciate the key role played by Egypt’s Ministry of Education and Al Azhar Al Sharif in ensuring the success and completion of this huge Arab reading movement. We are waiting for Egypt’s top achievers to celebrate them with their brothers from other Arab countries in Dubai. May Allah protect Egypt and preserve its leadership and people’” Sheikh Mohammed concluded.
