Sybrid Private Limited is proud to announce the successful launch of its AI Chatbot  developed completely in house and customized for the Pakistan Single Window (PSW). Deployed on the PSW website and the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan, the AI Chatbot has been named ‘Khizer’ in reference to its guidance and knowledge sharing character.

Designed to simplify user interactions, the AI Chatbot provides real-time, intelligent assistance to PSW users, ensuring quick access to critical information regarding trade, regulatory compliance, and documentation. By delivering 24/7 automated support, the chatbot plays a key role in enhancing user experience, reducing dependency on manual support, and contributing to the overarching goal of improving the ease of doing business in Pakistan.

The PSW platform serves as a single entry point for traders, regulators, and related stakeholders to lodge standardized information and documents required for import, export, and transit procedures. With the integration of Sybrid’s AI Chatbot, the platform takes a significant step forward in advancing digital trade facilitation and eliminating cumbersome manual processes.

This achievement reflects the relentless efforts of the innovation team led by Dr. Muhammad Murtaza Khan, Chief Innovation Officer at Sybrid, whose expertise and commitment to delivering innovative AI solutions made this milestone possible.

“We are honored to support a national initiative like Pakistan Single Window by leveraging our AI expertise,” said Dr. Murtaza. “The launch of this AI Chatbot reflects our focus on creating technology solutions that deliver real value, simplifying processes, improving access to information, and supporting Pakistan’s digital transformation agenda.”

Athar Fahim, Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at PSW, stated:
“The digital trade transformation journey is progressing with a significant leap forward through the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies. We are confident that PSW’s AI Chatbot, ‘Khizer’, will serve as a pivotal milestone in this journey—paving the way for smarter, faster, and more user-centric trade facilitation services.”

The deployment of the AI Chatbot for PSW further strengthens Sybrid’s standing as a leading innovator in AI-driven customer solutions, serving both public sector initiatives and private enterprises with technology that makes a lasting impact.
