Temperature drops as rain hits parts of UAE

Drizzles to moderate rains fell on separate areas across the country on Friday, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The drizzles started falling on Ahfara and Wadi Mai in Fujairah, while drizzles to moderate rains fell on Khorfakkan road heading to Shees and on Al Qadissiya in Sharjah and other areas across the country.
The lowest temperature of 19.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in Muzeira’a in Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi at 05:30am.
Saturday’s weather is expected to be clear in general to partly cloudy at times with a chance for some cumulus clouds to form in the east in the afternoon, possibly accompanied by rains.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring during the day, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Sunday’s weather will be clear in general to partly cloudy at times with a chance for some cumulus clouds to form in the east in the afternoon, possibly accompanied by rains.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times during the day, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
Monday’s weather will be clear in general to partly cloudy at times with a chance for some cumulus clouds to form in the east and south in the afternoon.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times during the day, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Tuesday’s weather is expected to be clear in general and partly cloudy at times with clouds, possibly cumulus, appearing in the east and south in the afternoon. The weather, however, will be humid at night and on Wednesday morning with a chance of light fog over some coastal areas.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times during the day, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
