Thailand is fast becoming a popular destination for Pakistani travelers. From historic temples to tropical beaches, the country offers a perfect blend of culture, comfort, and adventure. With the added convenience of an online visa process, more Pakistanis are now planning their holidays to this beautiful Southeast Asian country.

As of July 2025, Pakistani citizens must apply for a Thailand visit visa through the official e-visa website: https://www.thaievisa.go.th. This online platform allows applicants to submit their visa requests without visiting the embassy. The new system, introduced on January 1, 2025, is also applicable to all foreign nationals living in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The visa fee depends on your travel arrangements:

  • Without a confirmed airline ticket: Rs27,900
  • With a confirmed ticket (one-month visa): Rs19,500

In addition to the fee, applicants must also meet a financial requirement. A minimum bank balance of Rs350,000 per person, maintained over the past six months, must be shown through a valid bank statement. This is to ensure that travelers can cover their expenses during their stay in Thailand.

Once the visa is approved, applicants will receive a confirmation email. This document must be printed out and shown to airline staff before departure and to immigration officers upon arrival in Thailand.

With its simple online process and clear requirements, visiting Thailand is now easier for Pakistanis than ever before. Just make sure you meet the financial criteria and apply through the official site: https://www.thaievisa.go.th.
