She also holds the Guiness World Record for the best selling female recording artist of all time, so of course she was going to make it to this list. Released in June 2019, Madame X marks her 14th studio album. Beyond music, she boasts an impressive real estate portfolio with estates in the Hamptons and Hidden Hills, California, along with a townhouse on the Upper East Side in New York City.
