TouchPoint has entered into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL) to enhance and manage the bank’s ATM services across the province. The agreement, formalized at a signing ceremony, represents a key milestone in PPCBL’s journey toward digital transformation and improved customer convenience.

Under the collaboration, TouchPoint will provide modern ATM infrastructure, technical support, and reliable service management to ensure higher uptime and smoother operations. This initiative aims to minimize service disruptions, enabling customers to access cash withdrawals and other automated services more efficiently.

Speaking at the event, PPCBL representatives emphasized that the partnership will strengthen the bank’s digital infrastructure and help deliver faster, more dependable banking services to customers across both urban and semi-urban areas.

TouchPoint, known for its expertise in digital banking and infrastructure management, will play a central role in ensuring seamless access and improved service quality. Company officials expressed confidence in the collaboration, adding that the agreement reflects a shared vision of making banking more accessible, secure, and technology-driven for people in Punjab.

Industry observers noted that while digital wallets and mobile banking apps are rapidly expanding, ATMs remain vital in Pakistan’s financial ecosystem, particularly in cooperative banking segments where cash transactions are essential. This partnership is expected to bridge traditional banking with advanced digital solutions, setting new benchmarks in customer experience and operational efficiency.

The move highlights PPCBL’s broader strategy to embrace modern technology, improve service reliability, and reinforce its role as a trusted financial institution within Pakistan’s cooperative banking sector.
