Born on May 4, 1950, in Lahore, Abid Kashmiri made a significant impact on the entertainment industry, appearing in hundreds of television dramas, stage performances, and films.

Renowned for his spontaneous comedic talent, he was beloved by audiences.

In recognition of his contributions to cinema, he received the Nigar Award for Best Comedian for his role in the film “Bazaar-e-Husn” in 1988.

Kashmiri is survived by two sons and two daughters, along with a legacy that is cherished by millions throughout the nation.
