Pakistan’s unbeaten run in the U-18 Asia Hockey Cup continued as they secured a thrilling victory over Malaysia in the semi-final. The exciting match ended in a 3-3 draw during regular time, but Pakistan managed to win 4-3 in a tense penalty shootout.

The semi-final match was full of action and energy from the very start. Pakistan showed early control of the game with brilliant goals by Awan Abdullah and Shahbaz Hassan, giving the team an early lead. However, Malaysia did not give up easily and made a strong comeback, scoring enough to level the match and force a penalty shootout.

When the match moved to penalties, all eyes were on goalkeeper Ghulam Mustafa, who became the hero of the day. His quick saves and calm performance under pressure helped Pakistan edge past Malaysia in the close shootout.

With this hard-fought win, Pakistan has now booked their place in the final, where they will face Japan. The final match will be played on Sunday at the Dazhou National Hockey Training Center and fans are hoping the team will continue their winning streak and bring the cup home.

The young Pakistani players have impressed everyone with their teamwork, fighting spirit, and passion throughout the tournament. Their unbeaten journey so far has boosted the hopes of hockey lovers across the country.

Supporters are now looking forward to an exciting final and wish the team the best of luck as they aim to lift the championship trophy.
