Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani made a heartwarming visit to HN Reliance Hospital in south Mumbai, where Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on September 8.
The hospital, owned by Mukesh and Nita Ambani, saw the billionaire arrive with heavy security to personally meet the new parents and congratulate them on their joyous occasion.
Ranveer, who had openly shared his wish for a daughter resembling Deepika, was seen with family members visiting the hospital, including his sister Ritika Bhavnani.
Deepika and Ranveer’s close relationship with the Ambanis was evident earlier this year when the couple attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding celebrations, with Ranveer even performing on stage.
The new parents have yet to reveal the name of their daughter and are expected to remain in the hospital for a few more days.
Ranveer is currently on paternity leave, stepping back from work for a while.
The couple will be seen together in the upcoming film Singham Again, scheduled to release this Diwali.
Deepika was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, which was a major success, while Ranveer is preparing to work on Don 3 and Aditya Dhar’s next project featuring a star-studded cast, including Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal.
