Farhan Akhtar officially announced ‘Don 3’ earlier this year, with Ranveer Singh takes over title role from Shah Rukh

Reports are circulating that actor Vikrant Massey may join the cast of ‘Don 3’ as the main antagonist, starring opposite Ranveer Singh in the latest instalment of Farhan Akhtar’s popular action franchise. According to indian media sources.

Massey has been approached for the lead villain role, although neither the actor nor Akhtar has confirmed his involvement.

Farhan Akhtar officially announced ‘Don 3’ earlier this year, with Ranveer Singh taking over the title role from Shah Rukh Khan.

Akhtar previously stated that casting Singh was part of his vision to bring a younger, energetic actor from the new generation into the role.

Massey, known for his complex and gritty performances, has previously played dark characters, notably a psychopathic killer in Sector 36.

His portrayal earned positive reviews from critics, setting the stage for a potentially formidable performance in Don 3.

In addition to this potential role, Massey is currently promoting his latest film, The Sabarmati Report, which opens in theatres on 15 November.

Meanwhile, Singh was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, where his character Simmba made a return, receiving favourable responses.
