The impressive tower, managed by The First Group Hospitality and part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, will rise 82 floors above Dubai Marina, offering a new landmark for the city’s skyline.

The hotel will feature 1,004 luxury rooms and suites, all designed to provide breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Guests can expect modern interiors, top-class service, and a range of experiences that set new standards for hospitality in Dubai.

One of the most exciting attractions is the world’s highest infinity pool, located on level 76, offering an unmatched swimming experience with panoramic views. Another highlight is the Tattu Sky Lounge on level 81, where guests can enjoy fine dining and a unique atmosphere high above the city.

In addition to these signature features, the hotel will offer eight dining options, from international cuisines to exclusive fine dining experiences. Guests will also have access to a luxury spa, wellness facilities, and direct entry to the lively attractions of Dubai Marina, making it a complete destination for both leisure and business travelers.
