HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

You won’t lack for confidence over the coming year but don’t fall into the trap of thinking that nothing can go wrong simply because you have so much self-belief. If you add a little bit of caution to the mix you will go a very long way.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

If there is something you feel you have left unfinished then get on top of it while the sun is still moving through your sign. Come the weekend there will be other demands made on your time, so get it done now or forget about it altogether.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

The sun moves into your birth sign at the weekend but before then you must get to grips with an issue that has been on your mind a great deal of late. No matter how difficult it may be you must get past it once and for all.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You have nothing to fear and so much to look forward to, so banish any and all negative thoughts from your mind and act as if you cannot lose – because you can’t! A positive attitude is a must if you are to reach your true potential.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

The closer you work with people on issues you have in common the more progress you will make between now and the weekend. Never doubt that the universe is guiding and protecting you. Never doubt that the long-term prognosis is extremely good.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Put your own needs first today and do whatever it takes – short of anything illegal, of course – to move closer to your goals. Make it your aim to hit the ground running when the Sun moves into the career area of your chart on the 19th.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Why are you frowning when you should be smiling? Okay, so there have been some serious issues to deal with of late but you have come through unscathed and have every right to be proud of your efforts – efforts that will soon be rewarded.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Relationships have been a bit tense in recent weeks but you can honestly say that you dealt with them effectively and even made some new friends. Find ways to make those friendships work for you not just on a personal level but financially as well.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

A more positive phase begins in a matter of days but before then you need to knuckle down and complete a project that has dragged on too long. Yes, it is still worth finishing, so get serious and put some extra effort into it right now.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Work-related matters will be much on your mind over the next few days but don’t let them squeeze out the fun side of life. The sun remains in the most creative area of your chart just a few more days, so enjoy doing stuff that makes you smile.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

When the sun moves into the most dynamic area of your chart at the weekend there will be no stopping you but for best results you must start picking up speed now. The higher you aim the more momentum you are going to need.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If friends and family members try to burden you with extra responsibilities you must get tough and say “No” – and mean it. You have done more than enough for them already, so insist that they do more for themselves, starting today.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Because you have such an active imagination you sometimes find it hard to tell fact from fiction and that could be a problem over the next 24 hours. Let your instincts guide you but not to the extent that you disregard logic and reason completely.
