HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Your ambitions will know no bounds over the coming year and the path you choose to take through life will lead you to the kind of success you have so often dreamed of. Dare to be different and dare to take chances. That’s what winners do.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You won’t be content to just sit back and watch the world go by today but if you force yourself into situations where you have not been expressly invited you could make a few enemies. And that’s the last thing you need just now.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You may be of the opinion that you have been too nice to people of late, and maybe you have, but today’s sun-Pluto link warns this is not a good time to go to the other extreme and get angry with them. There’s always a middle ground.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You don’t have to be subtle when dealing with either loved ones or colleagues today – in fact the more direct you are in judging their efforts the more they will appreciate your ability to get to the heart of the problem. So speak up.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you are happy with life the way it is then carry on as before. If, however, you have this nagging feeling that something is missing then you must find out what it is. Make room for that something by chucking out all the old junk you’ve collected.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Today’s sun-Pluto link could bring you into direct conflict with someone who is both better connected and more experienced than you. Stand up for yourself by all means but don’t antagonize them to the extent that they start plotting their revenge.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You can be amazingly stubborn at times but the planets indicate you will meet your match today and have to accept that you are not going to win this particular battle of wills. An honourable draw seems the most likely result to keep both sides happy.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

What occurs over the next 24 hours will catch you off guard but looking back at the situation a few days from now you will realize that you should have seen it coming. Treat it as a learning experience and don’t make the same mistake twice.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You may be tempted to get ruthless with yourself and throw out all the things in your life that you no longer need but don’t go too far and dispose of something that could still be of value. Think carefully before you take that final step.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may be of the opinion that the best way to get what you want is to just take it but the bad feelings that will cause in the weeks and months to come will far outweigh any gains you make now. Try doing a deal instead.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The fact that you failed at something is of no importance – what matters is that you know how to move on from it. Remind yourself today that whatever recently went wrong in your life is of no real concern in the greater scheme of things.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If challenge and opportunity really are two sides of the same coin then what occurs between now and the weekend will have the potential to transform your existence. So, yes, it’s going to be a very big test, but the long-term rewards will be huge.
