HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

As one of the zodiac’s fire signs you are no stranger to taking chances and there will be occasions over the coming year when you throw yourself into the kind of activities that would scare most people away. That’s good. That’s what makes you special.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You will meet someone rather exotic over the next 24 hours, someone you would usually be inclined to cross the street to avoid. On this occasion though you will sense that they are going to be of great importance in your life, so get talking.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You need to break free of routines that have been holding you back and the best way to do that is to tell friends and colleagues that you will no longer be following their lead. They will be disappointed, of course, but you must be your own boss.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Don’t be afraid to try something new today, even if you cannot see how it will benefit you in the future. You are at your best when you take the initiative and make things happen, so don’t sit back and wait for life to come looking for you.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

A family matter that has been causing some concern will come to a head today and the good news is it won’t be half as stressful as you had feared. Most likely it was nothing more than a misunderstanding, one that can easily be ironed out.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Surround yourself with people who are positive about life and who inspire you to do more and do better. Usually you are the one who motivates others but even a Leo needs a lift now and again and you will get a big one today.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

An unexpected event will throw you off your stride today but you won’t be on the defensive for long. The good news is that the more it shakes things up the more opportunities it will create for you to prosper. Don’t be slow to react.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

While this is certainly one of the better phases of the year for creative endeavours the cosmic cycle is already beginning to shift and soon you will have to devote more time and attention to family matters. That’s good. You can be just as creative there too.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Someone you are close to will do something out of the ordinary, maybe even shocking, today and your first reaction will be to ask “Why?” Maybe a better response would be to ask “Why not?” There is no cosmic law that says they must follow the rules.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You will get the VIP treatment wherever you go and whatever you do today and if you are smart you will take full advantage of it. As the sun nears the end of its journey through your sign occasions like this may become a bit rarer.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Don’t waste time trying to convince friends and loved ones that what you are planning will work and that they should fully support you because they probably won’t – and you don’t need their help anyway. You’ve got the momentum to go it alone.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

It’s a good thing that you enjoy surprises because they will be arriving in waves over the next few days. Being the adventurous sort you won’t hesitate to get your surf board out and ride those waves in whatever direction they choose to take you!

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If you keep your wits about you today you will most likely gain financially, but the opposite is true as well: if you allow your attention to wander, even for a minute, you could end up paying out more cash than you take in. You must stay focused.
