HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

While nothing is beyond you now you will need to prioritize your goals this year so you don’t waste time on issues that are of minor importance. Before each and every move ask yourself this question: How does this help me and the people I love?

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You will have words with a loved one when you find out they have been playing fast and loose with the truth. Having said which, is what they failed to tell you of any real importance? If not, it might be better just to let it pass.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you get the opportunity to pull ahead of your rivals this weekend you must seize it with both hands. You won’t find it hard to be assertive, and come the new moon on Monday you will be enjoying the financial and professional rewards.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

If you are short of cash at the moment that might be a worry but the good news is you won’t find it hard to make a few extra bucks this weekend. Geminis are hugely resourceful and new ways to satisfy your material needs can always be found.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

If someone says something this weekend that you find insulting don’t use it as an excuse to get into a fight! That could in fact be what they want you to do and you may find they are better prepared for a confrontation than you are.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

There will be a certain amount of tension in the air over the next 48 hours but it can only affect you if you allow yourself to be drawn into an ongoing conflict. Don’t overreact and say things that are likely to make the situation even worse.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Let loved ones know that, while what they expect of you is not your idea of fun, you will do it anyway because it’s what they need. Let them know too that they are now in your debt and you will expect a favor or two in return.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Find the latest predictions here:

You are in no mood to be lenient and anyone who tries to wriggle out of their responsibilities this weekend won’t get far before you cut them off. Just be careful you don’t upset people whose assistance you may need over the next few weeks.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

If you keep your feelings bottled up inside you could find yourself lashing out in the early days of the new year, so let others know what is annoying you and then do something about it, together if possible. You don’t have to suffer in silence.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Being the adventurous sort you are no doubt already making plans for 2025 but don’t make them so far-reaching that you have to cut back on them later when you realize how much they will cost. You can still have fun if you aim a little lower.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Don’t push yourself too hard this weekend, just let life carry you along and enjoy the ride. Monday’s new moon in your sign will bring new opportunities, so the last thing you want is to be weighed down by responsibilities that belong in the past.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

With Venus in your sign linked to Uranus, your ruler and planet of surprises, you cannot afford to take anything for granted. The new moon on Monday will bring new challenges and the new year will bring new opportunities, so you must stay alert.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The best way to get what you want this weekend is to pull on a few strings from behind the scenes. The planets warn if you charge blindly ahead you could find yourself hitting an immovable barrier. Use your influence to get it removed.
