HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The message of your birthday chart is that you will have to accept some disruption this year – but out of that disruption will come new opportunities to move up in the world. Be ready to act at a moment’s notice – your big moment isn’t far off.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Usually your snap decisions are good ones but it will become obvious today that one of your more recent choices was completely off track. It’s no big deal though – just go back to where you were, look at the facts and make a better one.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you want to get into a loved one’s good books try doing something you know they will appreciate. It doesn’t have to be anything huge but it does have to send the right signal: that you care about their future as much as your own.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

If you can open up and put your feelings into words today you will find that a problem related to your family or your finances can be easily resolved. Friends and loved ones will come up with some excellent advice, so listen to them.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

There is magic in the air as the new week begins, not least because Mars is moving in your favour again. All things are possible for you now, so identify your top three ambitions and go after them with energy and total self-belief.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If someone you work or do business with claims they are unable to deliver on what they promised you must not accept their excuses. Demand that they finish the job before the end of the day – or the consequences won’t be pleasant!

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Friendships and group activities are under excellent stars at the moment and if you let people know what it is you want they will go out of their way to get it for you. You have rarely been this popular, so make it count!

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

The message of the stars as the new week begins is that you need to take a long, hard look at your career and maybe think about making changes. No matter how successful you have been up until now so much more is still possible.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If a friend or family member behaves in what you consider to be an unacceptable manner then by all means pick them up on it. But don’t demand that they change their ways as that will only make them more determined to misbehave.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You have committed yourself to a certain course of action and must stick with it even if doubts begin to creep in. The moment you give the impression that you are no longer 100 per cent sure is the moment the sharks begin to circle.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Put everyday cares and worries on hold and focus only on the good thoughts that are in your mind. You may be rational by nature but this is one of those occasions when a little bit of daydreaming could pay off in a very big way.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

It may be hard to accept that not everyone looks at life the same way as you but you must make the effort. On the work front, especially, your chances of advancement will diminish if you ignore what colleagues are trying to tell you.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

The intensity of your emotions may take you by surprise over the next 24 hours but as Mars comes to the end of its retrograde phase feelings that have been buried deep inside can no longer be ignored. You have to deal with them.
