HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The more tunnel-visioned you are about your ambitions over the coming year the better. Decide what it is you most want to accomplish, then go after it with total commitment. Be ruthless and focus only on what matters to you personally.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Question everything you are told today, both by people in positions of power and by friends and loved ones. Just because someone says they have special information does not mean it is guaranteed to be true, so do your own research.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Changes planet Uranus is ending its retrograde phase in your sign, so you are sure to face one or more upheavals over the next few days. Fortunately, they are the kind of upheavals that will reset your thinking in positive and productive ways.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

If you get the urge to stick your nose in someone else’s business today you must resist, because it will be like sticking your head in a hornets’ nest. No matter how well-meaning you may be you won’t change anything by getting involved, so steer clear.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

The message of the stars is that you must not push yourself too hard between now and the weekend, because you are in one of those moods when you could easily go over the top and end up regretting it. A balanced approach is a must.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Don’t just forgive other people for the mistakes they have made, forgive yourself for your own mistakes too. Remember, you are as much a human being as anyone else and there is no reason why you should set yourself impossible standards.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

New information will come your way over the next 24 hours, information that will encourage you to widen and deepen your thinking on topics, both public and private, you thought you knew all about. There is always something new to learn.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

If you have something important to say you will have to shout to be heard. There is a lot going on at the moment and the only way you are going to cut through the noise is by raising your voice, which you can do as well as anyone.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You may know what to say to win people round to your way of thinking but is your way of thinking the only way? Something will happen today that causes you to question your own assumptions, and for a Scorpio that’s a pretty big deal!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You need to get your act together quickly because there are some major disruptions heading your way. Fortunately, today’s link between the sun and your ruling planet Jupiter will put you in a highly positive frame of mind, so you’ll enjoy the challenge.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

If you feel the need to be alone with your thoughts today then get up and go some place where there are no distractions. Friends and colleagues may complain that you are being aloof but this is one of those occasions when silence is golden.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Keep your eyes and ears open today because there will be opportunities arriving that most people will miss and as one of the few who isn’t walking around with their mind in a fog you will be in the perfect position to make use of them.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Travel and social plans may have to be postponed or changed over the next 24 hours as Uranus comes to the end of its retrograde phase. The good news is that will create time and space to plan something even bigger and better.
