HOROSCOPES

The best way to be a force for change in the world is to do good in your immediate environment. That might sound counterintuitive but small acts of kindness this year will have huge repercussions. The ripples you create will soon become waves.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

Be careful what you say over the next 24 hours, because if you let a rival know what you are thinking they will have a weapon to use against you. It may not be your natural way but sometimes it pays to hold back from being too friendly.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

You should always think the best of the people you deal with, be they loved ones, close friends or strangers. If they can see that you trust them they will be more likely to trust you in return, and that’s when doors start to open.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

Listen to what friends and co-workers tell you today but don’t believe a word of it. According to the planets they have been deceived into supporting an idea that clearly has no basis in fact – but you are not so easily mislead, are you?

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

Plan your moves carefully today and don’t fall into the trap of racing ahead of everyone else just because you can. As Mercury moves closer to its retrograde phase the winners are more likely to be the slow-moving tortoises than the speedy hares.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Leos have fears like everyone else, only they are good at hiding them, and what occurs today will both shock you and scare you. There is nothing you can personally do about what is occurring, so keep a safe distance and let others sort it out.

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

If you want to get involved in some kind of social or charitable cause then go for it, but don’t expect to change the world. The fact that you are taking part is good enough for now. Later on, your efforts on behalf of other people will pay off.

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

With both the sun and Jupiter moving through the career area of your chart now is the time to raise your game and raise your sights and raise hell if you don’t get the rewards and applause you think you deserve. Show the world you’re a winner.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Before you make a decision that will have far-reaching consequences both for yourself and other people you must make sure you know all the facts. Just because you wish that certain things were true won’t make them true for even a moment.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

It’s not like you to be negative but there are things going on at the moment that make you wonder if it is worth making an effort to help other people. It is ALWAYS worth the effort. The universe will notice even if no one else does.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Because you are so preoccupied with your own minor problems you may not have noticed a major problem that is heading your way. You need to get your head together quickly because if you keep walking around in a fog it could affect a great many people.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

There is a danger that the balance between work time and leisure time has been knocked out of sync and your priority today must be to restore that equilibrium, even if it means sidelining a career project for a bit while you have fun with friends.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Creatively and romantically the world is your oyster at the moment, so stop dithering and get working on something of an artistic nature that could make you popular with all the right people. Focus on that goal and don’t let anything distract you.
