HOROSCOPES

As Mars moves into one of the more sensitive areas of your chart on your birthday you must keep a lid on your emotions. You will find there is no such thing as getting just a little bit angry about events. You cannot afford to lose control.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

Envy may not be the best of emotions but it can be the catalyst that gets you to strive harder. With Mars, your ruler, moving into the work area of your chart today it’s okay to look at a senior colleague and aim to do better than them.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

Try not to attach too much importance to what you are told by other people today, especially if they are the sort of people who enjoy putting other people down. Ambitious Mars’ moves into the most dynamic area of your chart making you almost unbeatable.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

If you allow minor irritations to get to you today they will divert your attention and your energy away from the issues that really matter. On the home front especially, refuse to get involved in problems you know are not really problems at all.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

You need to toughen up and let rivals and competitors know they won’t get the better of you no matter how hard they try. You don’t have to be overly aggressive but you will need to bare your teeth so they know you mean business.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You have been so active of late that it was inevitable that you took a few wrong turnings and made a few mistakes along the way. The good news is you are still well on course to reach your No. 1 goal, so don’t waste time on regrets.

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

The world may be coming apart at the seams but with Mars moving into your sign you won’t care in the slightest. Why? Because you recognize that the more things fall apart the more opportunities there will be for you personally. Yes that’s selfish, but so what?

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You cannot hope to be in control of events every minute of every day, so stop being so hard on yourself and ease back a little over the next 24 hours. A more hands-off approach will work better for you both at home and at work.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You may not be the most outgoing member of the zodiac but as Mars is now moving into the friendship area of your chart you should find it easier to open up to people you meet along the way. You may even discover they are just like you.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

People in positions of authority may have their doubts about your abilities but Mars in the career area of your chart will endow you with so much self-belief and so much get-up-and-go that those doubts will soon disappear. Aim for the big time!

Capricorn(Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Everything seems right with your world at the moment and long may it continue, but some of the people you are closest to are not exactly bubbling with joy. What can you do to cheer them up? Maybe you should start by listening to their woes.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The fact that you feel uncomfortable about what’s going on in your social circle will spur you on to do something about it. The course you choose to take won’t make you popular but it will do the most amount of good for the people who really need it.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Don’t waste your time arguing the toss with someone whose outlook on life is at odds with your own. Their way of looking at the world is so different from your own that a meeting of minds is all but impossible. Just stay out of each other’s way.
