HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Someone you meet on your travels will open your eyes to new possibilities and you will be amazed to discover how much more is possible once you allow your horizons to be stretched. Leave the old world behind this year and create a new one more to your liking.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

If someone you have to deal with socially or professionally gets on your nerves today just turn your back on them and walk away. You are under no obligation to hang around and listen to their constant whining about how they are so hard done by.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Your main priority now must be to get rid of all the hangers-on you seem to have accumulated in recent weeks. You don’t exist for their benefit and any minor advantages they may bring you are far outweighed by what you have to do for them.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Mercury’s link to Mars today will energize your thoughts and encourage you to experiment with new ways to get on in the world. Be warned, however, that any changes you choose to make now will be extremely hard to reverse later on.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Your confidence should be sky-high now and today’s Mars-Mercury link will bring news that takes it even higher. You are more than a match for your rivals on every level, so move ahead with your plans and don’t stop before they are successfully completed.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You will have plenty to say for yourself today but there is a danger you could say too much when it comes to discussing your long-term plans. The less others know about your ambitions the better, especially if your gain could be their loss.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

This is a good time to take the initiative in group and social activities as you are in one of those moods when you project the kind of can-do attitude that others respond to. Act as if you can make a difference in your neighbourhood – and you will.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts:

It may be tempting to hide away from the world so you can avoid the kind of people who rub you up the wrong way but you should in fact do the opposite. Seek out those you disagree with and use your intellectual powers to prove them wrong.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Cosmic activity in your fellow sater sign of Cancer means there is nothing you cannot do and nothing you cannot possess. With that fact in mind you are urged to get out and about and strike the kind of sparks that can ignite much-needed changes.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Take a look in the mirror and ask your reflection if you are living to your full potential. If the answer is “No” then now is the time to get serious and do something about it. If the answer is “Yes” then you need to stop kidding yourself!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you do things because you think it is expected of you over the next 24 hours you won’t be happy and others won’t be happy with you either. Be selfish for a change and only do those things that will benefit you in some way.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

The harder you work the less progress you seem to make, so maybe you should take the hint and ease off the gas for a while. Then ask yourself, honestly, if what you have been devoting so many hours to is what you really want to be doing.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Today’s Mars-Mercury link means you must banish all thoughts of failure and press ahead with a dream that others say can never come true – because they are wrong. There is precious little you cannot accomplish now if you put your mind to it.
