HOROSCOPES

You already know what you want to accomplish over the coming year and with Mercury moving into your sign on your birthday you can now draw up a plan of action that will make it happen. The path to success will be fun as well as profitable.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

If a colleague asks what you think of their efforts this weekend they won’t like your answer. You are in one of those moods when you have no intention of easing back on your ability to identify other people’s faults. It’s unlikely they will ask you again!

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

As communications planet Mercury joins the sun in your sign this weekend you will find your voice and let everyone know what you think about recent events. You have never been one to pull your punches, so chances are you will upset a few people.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You will be more reserved than normal over the next 48 hours and that’s a good thing. There is a lot to get your head around at the moment so you won’t want to mix with people who make the kind of noise that makes it difficult to think.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Try not to read too much into a situation that is really quite simple. Just because someone seems less loving than usual does not mean they have any less affection for you. It just means they have other issues to deal with, so give them some space.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

As Mercury moves into the career area of your chart this weekend you will have plenty to say for yourself on the work front but be careful you don’t say too much. You can be rather opinionated at times and colleagues won’t appreciate being criticized.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You may have total faith in what you are doing but not everyone is convinced it will work out for the best. If you want to win over the doubters you will need to do something drastic over the next 48 hours. Start delivering on your promises.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Don’t take anything for granted this weekend where business and financial matters are concerned. The planets warn if you assume that you won’t be cheated you most likely will be, so make sure everyone can see you are too sharp to trick.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If you want friends and colleagues to understand what you are trying to say this weekend you will have to spell it out for them in short words. Not everyone is as dumb as you seem to think they are but there is no point taking chances.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You don’t have to do something dramatic to get yourself noticed over the next 48 hours but you probably will. Enjoy the shocked look on people’s faces when they hear you say things that almost everyone else is afraid to give voice to.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

As Mercury, planet of the mind, moves into the most creative area of your chart this weekend some of the ideas you come up with will be touched by genius. If you can envisage new ways to get ahead in the world then go for it 100 per cent.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If you are prepared to overlook someone’s bad points and focus only on their good points this weekend you may be surprised to discover that you make a pretty good team. Most likely they are making an effort to overlook your bad points as well.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

It may seem as if you are out of step with the people around you, and maybe you are, but so what? If friends and colleagues want to sign up to the herd mentality that’s up to them but you don’t have to let others dictate to you.
