HOROSCOPES

IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

The need to express yourself will be overwhelming this year but you must be disciplined in your approach or your words will be wasted. Think before you speak and make sure everything you say is geared towards reaching your long-term goals.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Two different people will give you two different explanations for what’s going on but neither of them will appeal to you. Look at the facts for yourself and draw your own conclusions. Just because someone is an “expert” does not mean they are right.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Take whatever occurs in your world between now and the weekend and make it work for you personally. Allow your instincts to guide you and don’t worry if your ideas clash with other people’s beliefs. You’re right, they’re wrong, that’s it.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Don’t dismiss what friends and family members tell you today just because it runs counter to what you want to hear. You can be a bit headstrong at times and the planets warn if you push ahead with a poorly conceived plan the results won’t be good.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you want something done today you will have no choice but to do it yourself because friends and colleagues have their own priorities and are under no obligation to junk them in favour of yours. Don’t worry, you’ll work better on your own.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Someone in a position of authority will challenge you today and because you don’t take criticism easily there could be a degree of tension in the air. Ultimately though they have the power and you do not, so don’t push it too far.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Steer clear of other people disputes and refuse to get involved in anything that does not take you closer to your own personal and professional goals. If you choose sides it is inevitable that you will end up a loser in some shape or fashion.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You may be inclined to think more with your heart than your head today but at some stage you will need to get real about a dream of some kind. If you abandon that dream now a better dream will come along to replace it very soon.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If a joint venture of some kind is not working out then move on from it. There is no reason to blame either the other person or yourself – it is just a simple fact of life that sometimes these things are not fated to work out.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Keep your more outrageous thoughts to yourself today. It’s true that you like to be provocative but it’s also true that you go over the top at times and the planets warn if you do that now the consequences won’t be to your liking.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Yes, you are a winner. Yes, you’ve got what it takes. Remind yourself of those facts often and keep plugging away at your long-term objectives. Under the surface some major changes are taking place in your world and, yes, you are making progress.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Forget about what happened in your life yesterday and the day before that, and what might happen in the future, and focus entirely on the here and now. If you can fix your mind in the moment, and keep it there, remarkable things will occur.
