HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

If you are receptive to new ideas and new ways of doing things over the coming year you will increase your chances many times over. While your rivals are struggling to make old methods work you will be discovering new paths to happiness and success.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Don’t waste your time trying to explain to family and friends why you are taking a certain course of action because they won’t understand. The only thing that matters now is that you have the confidence to go for it come what may – and you do!

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Although you might be tempted to stay at home by yourself this weekend you will at some point have to venture out and confront your demons. No doubt you will find that what you fear the most is the thing from which you have least to fear.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You have been using up a lot of time and energy on activities that are of no real importance and now you must stop being so wasteful. The planets will make it easy for you to turn your back on the past, because the past no longer matters.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You must not allow yourself to go over the top emotionally today because the consequences could be costly. You are being watched by people who have the power to raise you up or push you down, so stay calm and make sure they like what they see.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Your mind has been moving at lightning speed of late, which is why you are ahead of your rivals on every measure. Take advantage of that lead to impress people in positions of power. Show them why they need your talents on their side.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

The more chaotic the world around you becomes this weekend the more you will keep your nerve and do what has to be done with a minimum of fuss. It’s not that you don’t feel what other people feel, you are just able to control it better.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

You may have all the relevant facts and figures at your fingertips but that won’t be enough to persuade someone to follow your lead. Let them do their thing while you do yours. It’s not about being right or wrong it’s about being different.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You may not care about being popular but the planets indicate you will need to be aware of how others perceive you this weekend. If you act recklessly they may use that as an excuse to criticize you in front of influential people.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Don’t overreact if someone you live or work with suggests you do something you have zero interest in this weekend. Let them know firmly but politely that while you appreciate their offer you have too much other stuff on the go at the moment.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you come across as ruthless and hardhearted this weekend it could turn more sensitive types against you. It doesn’t hurt to smile and make it look as if you appreciate their efforts, even though you might prefer it if they just didn’t bother.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may not be able to explain why a particular person rubs you the wrong way but the fact is they do and that isn’t going to change any time soon. If you can, stay out of their way. If you can’t, at least try to be patient.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You may be tempted to get involved in a cause of some kind this weekend but think carefully before you commit yourself. Do you really have the time to spare to take on a role that is sure to grow bigger and become more demanding?
